皮質(zhì)醇又稱為氫化可-的-松,是一種由膽固醇合成的類固醇激素。它是腎上腺皮質(zhì)產(chǎn)生和分泌的主要糖皮質(zhì)激素。皮質(zhì)醇在血液中以游離皮質(zhì)醇的形式存在,或與皮質(zhì)類固醇結(jié)合球蛋白(CBG)結(jié)合。皮質(zhì)醇水平在早上7點(diǎn)左右最高,晚上最-低。皮質(zhì)醇可以調(diào)節(jié)新陳代謝、促進(jìn)糖異生、肝糖原沉積和減少葡萄糖利用。皮質(zhì)醇的產(chǎn)生與壓力呈正相關(guān),導(dǎo)致血壓升高,并對(duì)免疫系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生免疫抑制作用。
